School principals' transformational leadership behaviors as a predictor of teachers' perceptions of organizational commitment

The aim of this research was to investigate the effect principals' transformational leader behaviors on teachers' organizational commitment. In research, causal-comparative and relational survey methods were used. study group, defined according convenient sampling method, composed 260 public school teachers working in five provinces Central Anatolia Region Turkey. data gathered with "Transformational Leadership Scale" "Teachers' Organizational Commitment Scale", spring semester 2021-2022 academic year. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent groups t-test, test variance (ANOVA), Pearsons' corelational analysis regresion employed phase. findings showed that both leadership levels commitment moderate. It observed perceptions about their behaviours didn't show a significant difference among gender, age work experience. found there relationship between commitment, former predictor latter. concluded might be effective enhancing frame practical, theoretical recommendations developed.
